SIEBAU warehouse systems are available in 24 basic sizes with an interior height of approx.
3,500mm or 4,500mm. Widths and depths of the warehouses can be arranged individually.
Subsequent expansion or movement to a different site can be done without encountering any
major problems.

Condensation can be largely prevented with an optional anti-condensation coating on the underside
of the roof, meaning that easily damaged goods can be stored safely.

SIEBAU warehouse systems are attached to a strip foundation or concrete slab with heavy duty studs.
No other cost and time intensive attachment to the foundations is required.

High quality ISO sectional  doors with standard width  of 3,000mm can be  expanded to 5,000mm,  depending on the type of  warehouse. Doorways with  heights of 3,200mm or  4,030mm allow vehicles and  tools of all kinds to be driven  in or stored.

Roofs are drained to the back as standard. Rain water can be drained off centrally by attaching a
plastic channel (optional).

Roof cladding with trapezoidal sheet metal made from high quality, zinc alloy coated steel (GALVALUME)
has a standard snow weight-bearing capacity of 125 Kg/m² .

Includes all necessary  planning application  documents such as static  and foundation plans  (if required).
