INSULATED WAREHOUSE SYSTEMS

Insulated warehouse systems allow practically unlimited use in many areas of application.
For example, storage of fire and rescue vehicles, for use as a car repair garage or for
builder's yard tools and vehicles. Storage and work space for sanitary and heating installation,
joiner’s workshops and roofing operations can be individually designed.

INSULATED DESIGN

The aluminium zinc plated steel construction offers the best corrosion protection possible.
The standard roof weight-bearing capacity is 125kg/m². Drainage is to the back. An optional
plastic gutter drains water centrally (see attachments).

The outer walls are made of 60mm ISO sheets with PU foam filling (heat transfer coefficient
of the ISO sheets W / m² K 0.40). The roof is made up of 60/90mm ISO sheets with PU foam
filling (heat transfer coefficient of the ISO sheets W / m² K 0.38). The outer shell is made of
a hot-dip processed steel band with double-sided fired-on band coating, polyester varnish
basis, sheet thickness 25µ manufactured. The inside has a protective coating (RSL),
sheet thickness 10µ.

Standard colours: RAL 9002, (grey white), RAL 6011, RAL 7035 und RAL 9006 optional,
surcharge.

Profiles and attics and door frames are coated in a high quality coating / paint colour
of your choice.

INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNED

ISO warehouse systems with a room height of approx. 3,500mm are fitted with an ISO
sectional door of 3,000 x 3,200mm and, with a room height of approx. 4,500mm, are fitted
with an ISO sectional door of 3,000 x 4,030mm (door widths up to 5,000mm on request).

Steel section outer shells with two-layer fired-on coating on a polyester base of 25µ, similar
to RAL 9002 (grey-white), steel section inner shell with single-layer fired-on base coating
on polyester base of 10µ, similar to RAL 9002 (grey-white). Other colours available for
an extra charge.

TAILORED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. UNIVERSAL USES AND UNIVERSALLY USED

SIEBAU warehouse systems can optionally be fitted with electronic door operation systems.
This saves the inconvenience of getting in and out of your vehicle when driving into the warehouse.

Dividing walls and a "support-free" construction (from 10m deep) are available for an extra charge.

The warehouses are supplied as flat packs. They are assembled by specialists on the foundation
at the site (price on application).
